Defenseman Chris Chelios broke the NHL record for most playoff games by a player when Chelios took the ice for his first shift in today's Game 2 against the Nashville Predators. The new record of 248 games breaks Patrick Roy's previous NHL record of 247. Chelios is making his 23rd playoff appearance in his decorated NHL career.
