The biggest question for the Colorado Avalanche heading into Game 3 isn't who will start in goal -- that will be Jose Theodore -- but rather the availability of forward Peter Forsberg, who has yet to play in the series because of a tender groin. Forsberg practiced with the Avalanche Monday morning and remains questionable for Game 3, but added he "felt great".
Helene St. James of the Detroit Free Press notes that Forsberg practiced on a line with Joe Sakic and Andrew Brunette. Sakic and Brunette have struggled mightily so far in the series.
It would be surprising if Forsberg doesn't return for Game 3.
Avalanche defenseman Scott Hannan -- who missed Game 2 due to a foot injury resulting from a blocked shot in Game 1 -- is also listed as questionable.
