Johan Franzen shattered the NHL record for goals in a single playoff series with his third of the night in tonight's Game 4 against the Colorado Avalanche. Franzen's incredible nine goals in the second round series breaks Gordie Howe's record of eight that was originally set in 1948. Franzen is also the fastest player to 10 playoff goals in the last 15 years. Franzen has outscored Colorado 9-8 with 20 minutes remaining.
