The Red Wings don't expect to have forward Johan Franzen back in the lineup for Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Finals on Saturday, according to reports from MLive.com, the Detroit Free Press and Detroit News. Franzen, whom the Red Wings hope to have back at some point during the Finals, has resumed light workouts and has begun skating on his own.
Kahn adds that defenseman Chris Chelios, who sat out Game 6 against the Dallas Stars due to a leg injury, has resumed practicing.
