they started a competion over there to post a new one, which is a cool idea except it'll never replace that terrible banner..

I guarantee you can. My five year old drew a picture of a robot on a cardboard box yesterday that made more sense than the "fire on ice" effort. It's not THAT bad. Jesus people. What do you expect? It's not that easy to come up with a new slogan every single season. IMO "Fire on Ice" is a hell of alot better than some of the ones we have had in the past. Im not a big fan of this new one, but its not complete shit or anything.

"Fire On Ice" has so much potential. before I clicked the link, I was already thinking about what a cool marketing slogan it could be for the entire NHL.
