I am totally cool with this. I was hoping for him (among many others, yes, but I was hoping nonetheless).

Thanks for a great season, guys. You exceeded expectations and have given us something to look forward to as the long summer approaches.
And next year we get to start in October, like hockey is SUPPOSED to.

Ranked 18th by CSS -- I like this pick. Sort of a Helm with better scoring and a right-hand shot.
Red Kelly #4 and Larry Aurie #6 belong in the rafters!!!

The first three attributes listed on his THN profile were skates well, thinks the game on a high level and has a consistent work ethic. Yup, sounds like a Red Wing.

Did he really play center this season? His stats (37 goals, 18 assists) look very winger-like.

Very strong pick, exactly what I wanted. As far as Ferraro, he's wing and center, he played both.

for whatever reason when they were talking to him and ray on tv, i figured we would draft this kid. i randomly found ray ferraro card with him and his two son in the locker room. good pick kenny!

Landon is a hell of a player, i've watched him over the last 2 seasons and he only gets better and better every game. Excellent pick up for the wings.
Some people over on Mlive were critical of his plus/minus, but what they didn't check was his team was awful this season in Red Deer.

the wings will have some great pk lines in the years to come with obviously z and dats, helm and abby, now ferraro. apparently he has the same qualities as the little ball of hate father of his, and more... he's the guy i wanted when a few others were picked (kassian...), so here's to him hopefully kickin' ass with the black aces next year
