There is no weak, no strong. No win, no lose. No draft. There is only Andrei Svechnikov. Keep an eye out for Andrei Svechnikov, 2018 draft frontrunner Andrei Svechnikov shows why he's 'Russia's next big thing' at WJAC Interview With Young Phenom Andrei Svechnikov

Cally gets the call now that we've got a spot. There's a silver lining for all you folks upset about the Ott trade. Heart and Energy guy gets replaced with a YOUNGER Heart and Energy guy.

Please explain to me how the Ott signing was better then the Vanek signing?

Never saw the movie. Was too busy working and being in control of my investments.

Who said that exactly? We're acknowledging when he does something good. Just like we acknowledge when he does something bad. It's not complicated.

Sad to see him go. At least he could score and take face offs, more than a player that shall not be named (15).

Jurco for a 3rd, outstanding that he got that for a spare part. Smith for a second and a third, also great. I would have been happy with a third. Ott for anything at all is good. He was better than I thought he'd be, but still just a reserve forward. The key is moving Vanek now. If he gets even one draft pick or prospect I'll be happy. If he gets a first plus something, Holland gets a gold star. If he doesn't trade him, he gets a frowny face sticker. Sent from my LGLS676 using Tapatalk

Otter was cool. 6th round picks are cool too though. Next up we will hear about how Kenny wont trade Vanek from the same people who said he wouldnt trade anyone after Jurco!

I have always found in life, when a person has to always talk about how great they are, there is usually a reason, and it's generally not because they are great.

Seriously, whatever we get for him will be excellent asset management by Holland. Our GM certainly makes mistakes, but this could be a big win for him...

When Miller plays, we win. He will skunk his brother, Ry-Ry, for a hattie... that's what I have to say. I hope there are lots of true-blue Wings fans who are able stay up for this one, I will watch them to the (very) bitter end! LGRW!!!

I think the Leafs got their guy when they traded for Boyle. No interest in Sheahan after that trade. Hoping Vrbata gets traded early today. Price for Vanek should sky rocket after he's off the board...

We just have to ship Sheahan to Toronto and Vanek to Boston and we'll have made a deal with every other original six franchise this trade deadline

I hoping for three more sales. Vanek, Sheahan, Nyquist.

If Vanek got us two first round picks, he might be the best one year contract we've ever signed
