I'd like to suggest that if you plan on going to this event that you call ahead of time as a precautionary measure to confirm that the practice hasn't been canceled. I've called twice already since Tuesday. Make sure your cameras are charged and you have brand new sharpies for autographs!

What'd you do exactly that got you kicked off the hyatt property? Were you wearing your jersey?

Yzermania the trip two years ago was the Father's son trip.. that might have been why it was so laxed.

And one of the guys I met last night was wearing this ring at the game.

It's sort of go and see what happens. I think they practice about an hour (from the last couple of times I've gone). I always bring stuff in case they are willing to sign. Normally you get to talk to them, snap a couple of photos and get a couple autographs. Either way, it's completely worth going. I have no idea how many people will show up. I do know about 6 people who are going for sure that I know personally. It's different every time. Always depends on the day of the week, timing, notice etc.

I hate 4pm starts more..

I always wonder why someone with that amount of money can't just take a TAXI. Seriously, this enrages me. There's no excuse for drunk driving EVER.

Last season I went to four regular season games - two in anaheim, two in la then three in anaheim for the playoffs and then two Stanley Cup Finals games so that makes 9 total. Yzerman's retirement season I went to 11 games... between, LA, Anaheim and Detroit
