I would rather go after Rolston than Sundin. Mats is a hell of a player, but the money he would eat up with this young would scare me in the long run. I would rather the Wings stick with the younger guys, and maybe pickup a cheaper UFA. Yet, if it came down to Mats or Rolston, I like Rolston. Thoughts?

I have fallen behind on the Jr. Prospects, and players overseas. Who out there interests you, and what positions should the Wings hit hard. I have seen several mock drafts which the Wings taking goalies, and forwards galore. Any info. would be much appreciated. Thanks

The idea of a new arena around the fox town area would be great. Having the 3 arenas with in 4 block of each other, and all the great bars that area like town pump, centar, park bar, cliff bell, etc. That would be a huge boost for the area in many ways. Would love to see it happen.

This team has the makeup, and the ability in which we have been wait to see fror the last sevearl years. The Wings have always found themselves hitting the wall in the playoff with the hot goalie of that years playoffs. This year, Ellis had that abilty, but they over came the Preds with a hard nose style. Then they blew threw the Avs, and now. The Stars and Turco which were on a impressive run themselves, have hit the preverbal wall against the Wings. This is the team which we have been waiting to see. The team which could stop the hot team in their tracks, and show the NHL, and the fans that the Red Wings have had a changing of the guards. This new, younger team have found their own place in Red Wings tradition. Lets hope that they can bring this thing full circle and bring the cup back to Detroit.

These look to be all very exciting first round matchups beside one or two. What teams could pull off an upset or two?

I have been a hockey fan for 20 years. Yet, I have never been real up to date on the going-on's of the Wings minor leagues. What players will most likely be brought up for the last week or two of games, and which player hold the most intrigue for years to come.

Yeah, getting a little concerned about the lack of offense besides for the 1st line. It is always expected that a player or two hit a dry patch for a few games at a time. Yet, it seems about 7 players have hit the skids at the same time. I know it may sound dumb, and very superstitious, but I am somewhat glad to see this 5 game skid now instead of the usual first or second round of the playoffs as it has happened the last few years.

Who do you take. Make the trade for the big winger and a serviceable D'man. Or go for the solid D'man and pick up a 3rd line plug and play winger. Let me know what you think with the possible million name combonations.

Glad I get CBC here in metro Detroit. Vs. is slowly getting watchable, but nothing beats CBC. Those old bastards do the game the right way.

With some of the names going around in regard to solid offensive players, and defenseman. Which one would you want to jump on. Do things change now with Blake out for 2-3 weeks with busted ankle before he can start to rehab it. What do you think?

I can't believe that I have come across several sites that have had Lang as a potetial deadline move to sevearl different teams, one being Detroit. This is without question sites, and fans that do not know what happened here in Detroit, and how the fans felt about his tenure. Langer has had a pretty good year considering the young team he is anchoring. What do you think about the talk, and do you think it is as crazy and unreal as I think it is?
