Wings game starts at 3PM. They left room for the OT and shootout, just in case. Should be over in plenty of time... unless the shootout goes into 10+ rounds

It's probably do to the fact that the season doesn't start until October. If they have to take the ice out for concerts and stuff, it makes sense to put only the 2 smaller red wings logos because they are easier to install. The NHL will probably want different slogan(s) and/or logos painted on so they might as well wait to put them all on at the same time. I dunno, that's my 2 cents.

Wow... I wonder how Pittsburgh will view Malkin or Staal if they end up leaving. If Hossa is a traitor, those guys will shot on sight if they even say the word "Pittsburgh". Hossa never said he was staying in Pittsburgh; he never signed a document and then backed out of it; he never said Pittsburgh didn't have a chance to win the Cup. At the time of his decision, the Pens coach was a worthless bag of s*** that NO ONE wanted to play for. If the Penguins had made the coaching change after the Finals, I'm pretty sure Hossa would have stayed. It's not like he Brett Favre'd the situation. He was traded to the Penguins and played a 1/3 of a regular season with them. My guess you are just upset that the Penguins Hossa jersey you have is no longer worth anything.

Posts like this are extremely ignorant. There is no way of knowing if Hossa had stayed with Pittsburgh if the Pens or the Wings would even be playing in the Finals. Getting Hossa would have put the Pens in cap trouble and they probably wouldn't have been able to acquire other players that have benefited them this season. The Wings would have also had an extra 7.45 mil to work with for this season so maybe they would have added more pieces and been even better than they are now.

1. Wings have outscored Pitt by 4 goals in the series 2. Wings have only lost 1 game at home these playoffs. 3. Our players aren't ***. 4. Datsyuk and Zetterberg don't live with Yzerman or Ken Holland. 5. Osgood is frickin awesome and even in our losses played like a Conn Smythe winner.

There have been just a few threads on this already. I think that was his point.

I went to Game 5 last year; no chance in hell I'm doing it again this year. Economy is too risky to spend $100 - $200 per ticket + parking + gas + food. My HD tv will do just fine. I did use Stubhub.com last year and it worked really well. I bought Game 5 tickets after the Wings lost game 3 and paid about $300 per ticket for 2 tickets.

Hulu.com also has completed games for streaming. Quality is excellent. Only drawback is that it takes 48 hours to get the game up. Game 3 will be up tonight, game 4 will be up Saturday, and game 5 will be up Monday.

It's annoying that people are seeing this isn't a big deal "because no one was injured". Of course he shouldn't be suspended; he barely tapped Ozzie's helmet. The bigger issue is that he swung a sharp blade near Ozzie's neck. What if Ozzie had moved backward to dodge it and the blade hit Ozzie? It's a dangerous play that should have been addressed by the league by at least mentioning that trying to kick someone will not be tolerated.
