Make it a Kick Ice week.... Go Wings!!!

I think Tatar and Andersson have a good idea what each other is up to and can play off eachother. They will be good for the third line and since Babcock shows an intrest in Abdelkader let him play the wing on the third if not center it. Give Zetterburg and Brunner Cleary and Go with Franzen Datsyuk and Eaves. I got some faith that Eaves can pull the trigger for Datsyuk and if not can dig the corner for an outlet to Franzen...
  6. Babcock said there will be no lineup changes tonight. Here are the anticipated line combinations and defense pairings: Johan Franzen-Henrik Zetterberg-Damien Brunner Justin Abdelkader-Pavel Datsyuk-Daniel Cleary Tomas Tatar-Joakim Andersson-Patrick Eaves Drew Miller-Cory Emmerton-Jordin Tootoo Niklas Kronwall-Jonathan Ericsson Kyle Quincey-Brendan Smith Brian Lashoff-Jakub Kindl Jimmy Howard (starting) Jonas Gustavsson
  7. Datsyuk needs a gun on that line. Get Eaves up with Datsyuk, Bring Abdelkader down to center Andersson and Tatar. Switch Franzen n Cleary. Trying something on the second is better than having nothing happen. Zetterburg and Brunner can compensate for the short comings of Cleary. Nyquist is Good for Grand Rapids, From the games he has played for the Wings I find that Tatar had the quicker to adapt ability to the competitiveness of the NHL. Nyquist needs to find that lil something more that will make him successful at the NHL level. But then it could be just an expectation created from other posters on these forums, but I just don't see it during his time with the Wings.
  8. I am thinking Living on a Prayer....
  9. Posted this on my facebook yesterday afternoon...... What would I say was the thought. This is it, you've got 60 minutes to tell the world a story. I don't know the title of this story nor do I know what it's gonna be about or how it's going to end. You are not going to be the author, but through your actions you will illustrate this story. Through your actions you will inspire the thoughts and the words of this story, In these 60 minutes, you will give everything, and take nothing. After these 60 minutes, there will be no what ifs, no should haves, no nothing. LET'S GO WINGS, HELL OR HIGH WATER
  10. Here's a Lil something something.... I know the jersey is kinda off for the road game but couldn't let the pose go... Enjoy...
  11. Well... Here's a lil bit of something something. I kinda feel bad I posted every other match up last season other than the final...(superstitiously guilty). Feel free to add a caption...
  12. I actually miss seeing Hudler in the Red Wings jersey. He was one player that you would expect to come up with a goal when the team needed it... and he did. On quite a few occasions. It would be shocking when he got it because out of all them goal scorers that Detroit had, he would be the dependable when things were lookin sour...... This year is like getting squirted in the eye with lemon juice, that sour.... Bring back Hudlahhhh....

This on is for the win................... Take em out!!
  14. 1994s loss to San Jose........ Watching Yzerman n Fedorov in that series got me thinking that these guys are awesome. Stanley Cup champs next year. But had to wait till the 96 97 season. Definitly have to say it was Yzerman that got me into the wings. I was worried who would wear the C for detroit when Yzerman left and how the Red Wings would evolve. Alot of happy drinks to their success. Said it all year last year and still sayn it this year, when Bettman comes out to present the stanley cup who is he gonna call.......... Nicklas Lidstrom come and receive your Stanley Cup.....whhhhhhhhooooooooooooooo
