Yes, a puck hit Liddy (Lidstrom) in the face tonight... he didn't return afterward. They had a little clean up to do on the ice, but sounds like he'll be ok.

There was an awful lot of blood on the ice after that for just that.... we were sure he got a broken nose.

That took them forever to get that guy off the ice... GREAT game tho even tho we lost it. Now wondering how Liddy is doing. There was a lot of blood on the ice.

Absolutely Nashville. I HATE that stupid whistle for Tootoo. ACK. You can't help but know when he's on the ice. I understand some of the arrogance. We have our share of it here, but we don't put it on display quite as much. Pens - The Sydney mania is annoying, but can't blame the team for that. Actually feel sorry for them in that regard. Also really wanted to rearrange the face of the annoying fan behind Mickey Redmond during the finals... y'know, the one that repeatedly interrupted Mickey by telling the camera that the Wings suck & they still suck. I don't remember ever seeing a Wings fan doing such things.

We seem to have such a good looking bunch here.... Lucky Wings, they have great lookin' fans.

Quincey was actually at Aaron Downey's party as well... he signed things for people including my daughter & had cards autographed at the table he sat at behind Aaron. So, it sounds like he basically had 2 days w/the cup.

Has the numbers 96, 93, 55, 24 hanging from it. No, I didn't have it custom made. I bought it from a guy in Canton on eBay. My best friend has one minus the charm holder on it & she bought it at Murrays years ago. Back of it says, N.H.L.S. '96 14kt. I buy the charms separately on the net. Price ranges all over the place based on gold cost.

That works & I won't tell my husband (I'll hide the knives).
