It all depends on how much we have to pay Hossa. If the cap situation works out, i think having top 2 lines of Z-Dats-Cleary Franzen-Filpulla-Hossa is really really good. Hudler and Sammy are replaceable. We had kids like Leino and Abdelkader perform pretty well in the playoffs. Holmstrom has to go.

its time to move on and look forward to the next season. can't wait!

no biggie. he was probably too happy or excited however, i think Crosby just showed his age (again) and that maybe he isn't ready to be a captain. i don't care how young or happy you are, as captain you shake hands of the opposition.

that the Wings never goon it up when they are getting their butts kicked around (game 4)? Just awesome professionals. it seems that every team that plays against us feel there is a need to goon against us i think bettman was embarassed that the faces of the league he has been trying to promote were whiners and punks in game 5. crosby and malkin are too young and hotheaded to be leaders. the rest of the team took their lead seriously, the league should want to promote a team that plays the game so beautifully and gracefully like the wings. i freakin love the way the wings play and conduct themselves. maybe a note to the other teams is that is how you play the game to win! i think Babcock's statement last night at the press conference says it all by the way. i've been reading the board this playoffs but just registered one thing i'll like to add is. we still need to bring this effort for one more game! im sure the guys know that. and i know Dats was getting some heat for not scoring earlier in the playoffs, but i think the past couple of weeks have proven his value to the team. the team's puck control and passing improved dramatically with him in the lineup

a lot of people were harsh on Dats because he wasnt scoring goals earlier in the playoffs. but he proved his worth to the team. best hands in the league. our puck control and passing was the best today in the series today. to be honest it wasnt any good at all in the first 4 games. and the pens gooning it up? LMAO. crybaby cindy and malkin is just a punk. even when they were up on us in game 4 we never did any of that s***.

good period. pens started fast, but i really like the composure our guys are having with the puck. the passing is much more crisp

our guys need to play hard and play our game. quit with the dumping of the puck into their zone and chase and sometimes not chasing. i think what your sister had was compassion; moreso than loyalty.
