In that way, it doesn't matter HOW he hit him or the conse That said, you're omitting the ways it IS the same: 1. Havlat has his head is on the puck, not the play 2. Havlat is extended 3. Everyone knows Kronwall blows people up at the blue line all the time. Punishment aside, its a part of the game and will not change. It will still happen, but the consequence will just be different.
