Boston in 6. I'm so fired up for this series. It's been really weird for me the last few years, as I've gotten older I feel way more disconnected with the Wings (all the players sans Lids/Drapes being retired or traded from the team I grew up with, and i'm not from, nor have I ever been to Detroit) and a lot more into the Bruins ( I was born in Boston, my whole extended family still lives in Mass, I go back every few years). I don't know if I could cheer for them to beat Detroit, but I sure as hell want them to smash on every other team they play. Here's to Chara and Seidenberg making life a nightmare for the Sedin sisters.

I didn't watch the game but good god, were there seriously 47 shots against? I know the D is lacking but come on, that's just embarassing.

Boston (I was born there) and Los Angeles (lived there for the last 12 years) are the only other teams I like to see winning. Everyone else is getting mild disdain, with the exception being Colorado, Chicago, Pittsburgh, and Anaheim getting all out hatred. It's crazy, the rivalry with Colorado has been essentially dead for the better part of the last decade, yet just last week I heckled a guy for wearing Patrick Roy jersey in the grocery store. I literally reverted back to my 11 year old Wings fan self at the sight of an Avalanche jersey. Apparently I've got some growing up to do.

HAHAHAHAHA gotta love the 3rd period meltdown. Just get out of there with no injuries and let the Blues cry themselves to sleep. RED WINGS BEATDOWN!

I really wish a high quality picture of Yzerman's celebration right after scoring 'the goal' was available. For me it totally encapsulates every kids dream of scoring that huge goal and just completely losing your mind in the moment

My Game 2 in Phoenix Recap: Showed up hammered drunk, started a Red Wings tailgate party in the parking lot, heckled innocent bystanders in coyotes jerseys, got into a fight with a Coyotes fan in the stands (surprising enough, this actually was not instigated by me), led a Red Wings victory chant in a packed bar across from the arena, made out with some random girl in a Darren McCarty jersey. I will do my best to make sure Game 7 is even crazier in every way possible. My Playoff Beard is epic. RED WINGS BEATDOWN!!!!!!
