That's definitely up the with the Brad May no goal intent to blow the whistle on a straight shot in a few years back.

Goal caled off. Holtby dove, clearly no contact on the replay. Pierre even called it a missed call. Maybe not a dive, he could have just wiped out on his own or toe picked it.

I've said this in several threads. As messed up as his finger was, it probably still feels weird (at the very least) to be holding the stick, which could be impacting his play in ways we can't really see. When I shattered my wrist in 4 places (tip of the radius), it took a few months of PT to get it back to useable close to what I was before, and several more months to be comfortable, though playing keys and bass is less stressful than playing defense physically.
