i voted for Williams because of that play he had against the Sharks in the playoff OT game awhile back that lead to the game winning goal. none of the other signings have cause the Wings to lose games like Williams did -
obviously thats not true since the card companies are still in business and theres tons a new cards out each month

Eaves has a history of concussions? He had only one concussion that i remember. He got it when he broke his jaw and then had post concussion syndrome

it also doesnt help that it seems like there is like 2 days in between each game and i think the Black Hawks won their series with the Kings on a Saturday and the Finals didnt start until Wednesday -

the Hawks probably cant give him a raise they have 2 million in cap room, With Handzus Stalberg, Emery, and Rosival all UFA's and Leddy a RFA

he hasn't even signed an entry level contract yet so its unlikely you will see him for awhile. Lashoff is the most likely in line to be the first call up right now

a 7 year max contract sounds good, but i think 7 years in the NHL for ufa is still too long. i would prefer something like 5 years for ufa

why should Holland have guaranteed a guy who has yet to play a minute in the NHL top 4 minutes? im glad he didnt guarantee him that. What has Schultz done to ear time over Kindl, Smith and Ericsson? You dont think Smith would be pissed if Schultz came in and got top minutes over him after he spent time in the AHL and Schultz didnt?

yes Scottie Pippen was the man Lang was one of the best goal scorers when the Wings got him and Hatcher was one of the best d-men in the game before he hurt his knee
