All last season Lidstrom talked about moving home to spend more time with his family. Im pritty sure Kenny knew he was leaving, I dont think Lidstrom is the type of guy who would just bail.

Yep, those have been the lines. Franzen gets all that 1st line ice time and has 3 goals. I think you could pritty much stick anyone on that line, Brunner and Zetterberg would still do their thing. -

Im very confused about the above part that is bolded. Are you saying Brunner and Franzon are playing better then Pav? In todays NHL you need to have two top lines to be competitive. Balancing out the skills through lines 1 and 2. -

He is a prime example how Wings mangement can sometimes be too loyal to their players. If only we signed Hossa insted!! The guy just might be a potential buyout in the near future. -

I think we can all agree Pav makes his own space and engages in corners etc. As far as the line being to small.......there are, and have been alot smaller and successful lines. (habs) Dont get me wrong, I think a Clowe type player would be great on Pavs wing. Think about how electrifying that line would be. Not to mention Pav would feel like he a kid again. Who know right? Sounds like there will be a player or two returning, so that opens up more options

So were keeping Cleary around now because hes a big body? Hes giving it his all, but hes done! Brunner - Zetterberg - Franzen Tatar - Datsyuk - Nyquist Eaves - Andersson - Abdelkader Miller - Emmerton - Tootoo Only because thats whos available.

The guy is a sniper another great find. I dont think they expect him to grind it out in the corners. Sure there will be an adjustment period and he will continue to improve. Right now looks like hes out there havin fun with his budy Z. Sign him to a 3yr deal 3mil maybe even more it all depends how strong he finishes. Either way hes an improvement over Hudler and he even back checks.
