Kronwall has name recognition that carries weight around the league. I think we as fans get too intimate watching the same show more than anyone else. And then we overrate and underrate values. But I have been reading that he could get all of a low first, a prospect AND a roster player. TDL trades can be big pays. Lots of examples of that happening. For a team that still needs to get younger Holland can do that this TDL imho. Stock some picks and trade up at the draft table. Also, Cap hell needs to disappear. Live and die by LTIR's a hard road.

Is there an appetite to move out Kronwall and Howard? I believe Kronwall likely gets a late 1st rder and a good prospect or roster player. Howard would fetch the same or more methinks. They just lost to the best WC team, and put up a great fight. We just need to beat teams we should beat. The Flames aren't losing much. That's awesome. I'm sure the Flames fans are good with Wings fans. Other Canadian teams, notsomuch. Going into the other team's barn dripping aggressive arrogance doesn't tend to garner any respect. Question. Have you been to both of the newest arenas, Rogers Arena in Edmonton AND Little Caesar's in Detroit? If so, how do you compare the 2? I have. 4 Oiler games at Rogers, 2 Wings, 2 Pistons at Gordie Howe Arena. Rogers wins 1 category imo. Food. A bit more street food feel in enough areas. With Calgary needing a new arena, amongst the rumours is an architecture firm out of Detroit. I say god yes. Edmonton is a ground up Arena where you're literally at the risk of vertigo up top. if vertigo affects you. Detroit dug down and imho is a waay nicer Arena..Infrastructure lacks equally for both imo. LCA is much nicer than Rogers imho.

Board virgin, not sure why. lol My 2 fave teams tonight. Grew up an hour from Detroit, 20 years in Calgary. Generally a lot of frustration over the last few years. Should be a fast game tonight, and entertaining. Not sure which team's stream to watch. The 2 classiest teams in the league, even with Tkachuk. All the best tonight. Should be a good 'er.
