do you think we are going to have to put up with Blashill for the entire season? One would hope, if there is going to be a change, that it will happen before the TDL, so the new coach has input on players moving out and possibly moving in/up. I SOOOOOOO wish that Larionov is going to be our next HC. We need to get away from EVERYTHING Babcock related and Blashill is just Babcock Lite, just not as good at coaching. He treats certain players like s*** (ie AA) and uses the wrong players in the wrong places....disney.com and Helm have ZERO business in the top 9.

I know you guys made fun of my want for us to draft Liam Kirk, but I would still love for Yzerman to trade for his rights. He is unsigned by the Yotes, he is playing in Peterborough and is second in team scoring with 36 points (15 goals) in 29 games. I know it's Jr. but with our lack of scoring up front (he is listed as a LW/C) we could use some more options IMO. Is he better than what we have in GR or in the pipeline already? I am not sure, but more depth means more competition, plus continue trading away Hollands players and getting his own. I'd do Ehn or Turgeon for Kirk.

Well with Steve making moves, dumping Holland's players for his own, maybe someone should make a thread with a #DeadPool type theme, except, of course, the player would be traded or waived not dead... We could have a point system or maybe even some cash flow! I would, but don't have the time or imagination to make it the best it could be! Anyhow, good on Steve for taking benign players and turning them for players that potentially could be part of our core! Plus they're all RFA's after this season (so far) so they are playing for their contracts! No commitments after this season! Next up dump some (more) vets please!

AA trade value has never been lower. Keep him, hooe he starts scoring again and when we're WAY out of the playoffs at the TDL turn him for a 1st. If we can't get a 1st, hold on to him until after we win the draft lottery, then he becomes more expendable and we can package him along with a pick or two for a player we need.
