  2. 2012 Offseason Trades

Tampa also signed 24 year old Finnish goalie Riku Helenius to 2 year one way contract the other day. If I remember correctly its a 650 000$ cap hit. Helenius won SM-liiga this season with JYP Jyväskylä. He is Tampa bays 1st rnd pick (15. overall) from 2006.
  3. Teemu Pulkkinen

An assist today in 4-3 win over Saipa. 4 shots and -1, icetime 16:57 6th in scoring with 3+3 2 game winners allready.
  4. Teemu Pulkkinen

I just logged in to post this same info, but you beat me to it. First points for Teemu in this years league. So faR: 3 GM 2+1, 14.22 icetime, +1, 2 PIM, 14 shots, 1 PP goal
  5. Teemu Pulkkinen

  6. Teemu Pulkkinen

Jokerit won 4-2. Pulkkinen scored 2-0 goal in the 2nd period. Ben Eaves scored the game winner. No points for I-Flip

Hello everyone, Summer is almost over (atleast here in Finland) and Finnish League starts in about 3 weeks time. For preseason games Jokerit are playing in the European trophy this year also. Here are Teemus stats from this years competition: GP 4 / G 2 / A 1 / PTS 3 / PIM 0 Jokerit have played 5 games(W3 T0 L2, GF-GA 15-14)and are 2nd in their group at the moment (2 teams from each group advance to the final tournament) They play tonight against HC Sparta Praha in Czech republic. Other guys stats who some of you may have some interest in. Ilari Filppula GP 5 / G 3 / A 6 / PTS 9 / PIM 0 (scoring leader) Ben "Patricks brother" Eaves GP 5 / G 4 / A 3 / PTS 7 / PIM 2 (4th in scoring) edit: they both play in Jokerit also if that was unclear to some of you... Finnish League starts at September 15th. Cheers, FH

Jokerit vs Lukko 3-4 (after shoot out) Pigeon with 2 assists, 5 shots & 2pim. 19:29 ice time There was an incident 19 seconds before the end in OT. Pulkkinen got 2 minutes for slashing, and Mika Noronen (Lukko goalie) got 5mins for slashing + game misconduct. Didnt see the game and dont know what happened, just checked the stats from the game. He's on a 5 game point streak (1+8) also HPK lost, so Jokerit is still 6th, 2 points ahead of HPK.
  9. Teemu Pulkkinen

Pekka peltola had the record before Teemu. 1 assist in tonights 1-2 home loss to K****t. (lol) Teemu¨s linemate Janne Lahti scored his 35th of the season. 3 games left 9 more points please??? Too bad the games are against tough teams. Lukko (4th), Ässät (3rd) and JYP (1st). Jokerit are currently in 6th position and they have to win all three remaining games so they dont have to play in the wild card round in playoffs. 3 goals from Teemu would be nice. 20 goals, 30 assists and 50 points in first full season would be just so frakkin great! FH
  10. Teemu Pulkkinen

Also with the first assist in tonights game he broke SM-liiga record. Most assist in a season by a rookie. Old one was from 1988-89. new record is now 32 assits.
  11. Teemu Pulkkinen

    HPK - Jokerit 1-2 TP with gamewinner 1+0, +1, 3 shots, 13:53 icetime
  12. Teemu Pulkkinen

Jokerit - HIFK 5 - 0 Pulkkinen with 2 assists (both on power play) 16:57 icetime & "only" 1 shot on goal tomorrow second game of this January double header* vs HIFK, and next saturday Finnish Winter Classic also against HIFK. Good times. *= there is a name for these games, but cant remember what it was called, maybe some other Finn can tell us... FH
  13. Teemu Pulkkinen

Ilves - Jokerit 4-2 Teemu had 1+1, powerplay goal
  14. Teemu Pulkkinen

    Jokerit won 5-2 tonight. Teemu scored 4-2 goal in 3rd. 1+0, +1, 2 shots, 15:51 icetime
  15. Teemu Pulkkinen

Teemu returned to lineup tonight against HIFK. assisted 2 powerplay goals including gamewinner at overtime. (which was a lucky bounce off the backboards, after a poor shot by him) so 0+2, 7 shots, 17:01 icetime I think he was the best player on the ice tonight.(for Jokerit of course, dont pay much attention to enemys players) Granlund returned too after two months out, and that showed (ok I got caught, i watched him little bit closely ) edit: my bad it was granlunds 5th game back after injury, as I said dont follow other teams that much...
