The more I think about it It really does not matter. Ideally you would want the Preds for travel reasons, and I think its a easier task they way we are playing now, then if you play the sharks.. That wears down Vancouver a bit more as they will still have a long travel and they have been doing it more that we had to. and no matter what Vancouver is traveling to Nashville to play a series or staying home. Either way they are gonna be tired group of guys playing Nashville. I would like to play the Preds in round 2.... just my .02. It will be a great series no matter who we play tho.

I Agree with all here...If Nick wants to sign a one year deal 3 or 4 more times... I am good with that. It's not like he will play for anyone else.. He's a Wing for life.

I have been staring at a blinking cursor trying to figure out what else I could possibly add to this thread , and to be honest, there is not much I can say that has not been said already. they waited too long to retire his number.... It should of been up there 5 years before his playing days ended. I remember the 97 cup win and how I wept like a baby when he swung that Cup up over his head and the smile that was on his face.....
