I'd like to see Eaves back. Bertuzzi played pretty well in the playoffs, but his untimely penalties are annoying. -
I second this sentiment. Guys, I've never had the chance to see Nick Lidstrom play live in my life. Make some extra noise for him, because who knows if this will be it for him. Be loud, Be proud. Red Wings Represent! Let's Go Red Wings!

Nah. He scored lots in 2008... then not as much in 2009... then never in 2010.

It's a good thing for the Sharks that they have that line of Clowe, Pavelski and Setoguchi. They have single handedly saved the franchise from an embarrassing sweep at the hands of the worst team in the playoffs. 6/9 of the series goals for the Sharks come from that line. Tinman and his gal pal Marla, as well as Kate Heatley have a combined 0 goals and like 3 or 4 points.

I have a little problem with Chara winning over Lidstrom, but Green over Liddy too!?!?! That is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS! Unless, you know.... scoring goals wins the Norris. This is a defensive trophy. Mike Green doesn't know what that means.

Liddy to retire next year? I'm thinking so. So, I really, really just want to sitback and enjoy his final 82+ games. Should he go out on top, that would be unbelieveable.

I had a tough time vs Anaheim in the 7th, so with the Cup on the line, I can't imagine. For the sake of my heart, I hope it isn't close, but I can't see it being a blow out. It's Game 7 for the Cup. It's gotta be tight.

You are right. Ozzy could have probably made both saves. But, there was absolutely no defensive support on the play, and that is completely unacceptable whether it's Chris Osgood, or Martin Brodeur in goal.

I am 100% confident in a win. Seriously. they are 11-1 at home, and have not lost in this series while defending the Joe. Why now? Wings in 7.

I really thought the Wings would ride off of Ozzy's two huge saves at the end of the 2nd period. They did not. Saving it for Game 7, I hope.

I like it. Watching Game 7 against Anaheim on TV was just magical to watch when Cleary won it with 3 minutes to go. I have never seen the crowd so enthused in years. The Joe will be rocking on Friday night long through the night. I wanna rock and roll... all night!

You could argue that if Brett Lebda scores the Cup Clinching goal, that he wins it, since he was most valuable, in scoring the winning goal, not?

Not wanting to jinx anything, but should the Wings win the Cup, and should Ozzy win the Conn Smythe... any and every Wings fan in the building HAS to get the Ozzy chant going. -
Well, ask your buddy this: "If Ovechkin scores 65 goals and 127 points, but the Caps miss the playoffs, should he win the Hart?" And if he says no, then you make your point.
