Hasek and Homer. We got it all turned around when Homer came back. Dom out played Nabby when he had to even if he did let in some sketchy goals, he played well and was one of the reasons we won the series.

This is by far the best post I think I have ever seen here on LGW. Well done. Every single thing that Goride mentioned is damn true. To be the best, you have to beat the best. And yep, this is undoubtedly Ken Holland's team. I do not think we are done, there is no reason for us to roll over and die for the Ducks. San Jose torched us during the season, and we disposed of them. We were even with Anaheim from what I remember, I think we even shut em out towards the season's end even if it was just 1-0. What I am getting at is that we can beat Anaheim. I am not underestimating the Ducks, but I do truely feel that San Jose was the one team that would cause us difficulty in the playoffs and we beat them. Anaheim is undoubtedly a very, very strong team but we can beat them. Wings in 6 seems to be a trend so I will go with that prediction. It will be a great, hard fought series which I think will be played in a defensive manner like the last game we saw against them.
