Sammy should not play the point, but I enjoy how he has played as of late. He has been hitting a bit and not playing lazily and every shot he takes could potentially lead to a goal.

Thats the beauty of being scored on early, you have ample amounts of time to tie it, take momentum from the gtg and use it to get a gwg.

The winner of the Sabres/Rangers series against the Wings. Either one of teh two would do, but I think I would rather see the Sabres against the Wings. My neighbour is a huge Sabres fan and if our teams met in the finals, we would turn our street into a war zone. -

Woo! I know a lot of people here strongly condemn this move but I sure as hell do not. I love Malts, for the money we have him for and for what he brings to the table, I am pleased. It is awesome that he will retire where he should, in Detroit.

This dude is confused. I do agree with the Rangers and Wings finals. That would be pleasing. Original 6, the only two teams out of the six who should not be ashamed of themselves.

Yeah but Kenny likes to have guys prove themselves before getting a new contract. I think he is well past this stage in regards to Maltby. I mean he has been with us for a long time and as you said he is an important part of our team. Maltby is at the stage where he is willing to take pay cuts to play in Detroit.
