The Sharts annual meltdown has commenced. What a shameless display. Mike Milbury once called Todd Bertuzzi "the dumbest hockey player I've ever seen." Ben Eager has, I'm quite sure, taken that title over as of tonite. Sharts blow their wad surviving the Wings and, just like last year, turtle up and suck their asses off in the WCF. What a bunch of jerkoffs.

The Yotes, Tippett and their fans can all SUCK IT. There's no crying in Hockey, Douchebag Doan.

The end of the "Mebdeech" era is offically over with Lebda going to Toronto at a laughable contract and Meech being waived. The peasants rejoice!

Maltby can be a great mentor to the kids in GR. He can show 'em a lot of tips and tricks, maybe some "get under the skin" tactics too. He was always one of the best pests in the NHL making guys that played against him come unhinged on the ice. It was awesome to see over these last 13-14 years. As a member of the Grind Line (Maltby, Draper, Kocur) and Grind Line Mark II (Maltby, Draper, McCarty) he has played a significant role in this frnachises history and success. To hear anyone who claims to be a Wings fan diss him......that's just utter bulls*** and I'm ashamed to be reading it.

All that needs to be said about Douchey Perry has been said. He's a chickens*** c*nt who starts s*** with his visor pulled down tight and then runs away. He also blindside attacks people (like Rafalski) who have just retunred from injuries.

Who cares if there's no Yotes fans posting. I love these and come back every year to see the creativity.

We went on 12/26 and the fans were loud, obnoxious, stupid rednecks who didn't know s*** about the game of hockey. The booed offside calls. They yelled YOU SUCK every 5 minutes (nice for two young daughters to hear). Overall it was a very uncomfortable experience due to being surrounded by idiots. Maybe some Preds fans know a little something about the rules of the game but all the people I could hear within a 50 foot radius didn;t know sqaut about anything that was happening on the ice.

An open letter to Chris Osgood........... Dear Chris, I was one of the turncoats. One of those who pissed and moaned from 1999 until 2001 when you were sent packing to the Islanders. One of those who didn't "get it" that you were hurt in the 1999 Av's series and we had pitiful D and not enough firepower in the 2000 Av's series. I was one of those who blamed you, not the TEAM, but you. Chris, I want to humbly apologize for every taunt, jeer and "Osgoat" I threw your way. I was wrong. I used to say that in 1998 the Wings were on the Konstantinov's Revenge tour and that Norm Maracle could have backstopped them to the Cup that year. I was wrong. I used to say that once you went to some other team, whether it was the NY Isles or the St. Louis Blues......you'd be exposed for the fraud you were. I was wrong. Ozzie, you stood tall this season accepting the role of a journeyman back up. You stepped in when Dom went down and showed the NHL that you were not only the BEST backup in the business.....you were also a legit #1. You sat on the bench in the first round through Game 4 when Uncle Mike tapped you on the shoulder. Again, you stepped in and never phuckin' looked back. Ozzie, you are the man. I was wrong. Thank you for your HUGE part in bringing the Cup back to Detroit!

Fans in STL are rabid. They hate the Wings and they hate Wings fans. To set the stage, this was Dec 26th, 2007 in STL and I was wearing my old school #16 Konstantinov sweater and my wife was wearing her #40 Zetterberg and we were right down in the thick of things 8 rows off the glass. We sat by some “OK people”, some “Not 100% OK people” and one Butth@le. The OK people were able to take my ribbing and boisterous support of the Wings. The Not 100% OK people were visibly gritting their teeth and making some quiet comments back but not wanting to push the issue. The Butth@le was annoying and didn’t seem to know anything about the game except that he liked the guys in Blue. He was right in front of us and after one of his rude remarks, I leaned over and said, “Is there some reason you keep looking at me and not the game?” The next few times he turned around I pointed back to the game and said “eh-eh-eh” like you do to a kid when they are getting into something they shouldn’t. Finally, thinking they were squatters, I opined (out loud) that they probably weren’t even his seats – (his kid and him came down from the second level well after the game started and sat in a couple different places before settling in front of us). He said something about Detroit fans and I said, “Yeah, at least we know hockey.” He couldn’t take it any more and took his kid back up to the upper deck for the 3rd period. I had a good discussion with the guy that was sitting next to my wife when she was out in the concourse (bathroom and beer run) – he knew his stuff and he was one of the OK people who took it all in stride. One of the Not 100% OK people even by the end of the night was begrudgingly saying, “Yeah, dey can outskate the crap outta da Blues, man.” When it was all over a few of us shook hands and I said, “The Blues always play the Wings hard…..I don’t know what happened tonite.” That seemed to make some of them feel better. A few said, “We’ll get ya next time!”

I really wanted to take on the Crapalanche in the first round but this......this is even better. Let them get to thinking they can succeed and advance after the Wild threw their sticks out on the ice and expected to win without playing.........then DESTROY them in round 2. This is what being a Wings fan is all about. Looking at the faces of those Avs Monkey fans (those who were still in the stands) and loving every minute of seeing how dejected they looked. This might be the day known as "When Hockey Died in Denver". MWAH-HAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAA~! AVS SUCK!
