i just talked to my VERY hyper friend. he was at the theatre in line this morning at 6 a.m to get his ticket.. he got it.. came home to gather up some stuff.. lawn chair etc etc . he's going back to wait in line until midnight tonight (14 hours from now). i might have to drive by to laugh at him.

Just got home. What a great movie. TOTALLY makes up for Episodes 1 and 2. I found myself shaking my head going no Anakin! at times and watching my friend cry as the Jedi were exterminated. I'm going to see it again later today.

I will get my first viewing Friday morning and can't wait for it.
I will be seeing it in the top cinema in London where they have the Royal Premiere's, I've made a point of seeing all the prequels and special editions in this cinema first off

Saw it at a midnight showing last night. Put simply, it rocked. ROTS more than makes up for the first two prequels.
The demon code prevents me from declining a rock-off challenge.

I saw it this morning. Very good.
However, the acting by Anakin & Padme was shockingly bad. The battle scenes were too long and unecesarry - especially the opening one
The plot lines were too rushed. Anakins descent to the dark side could have used more substance and the ending seemed really rushed and thrown together like Lucas ran out of film reel to fit it all in
The music as always excelled The lightsaber duels were pretty good and Yoda's entrance to the Emperors throne room was hilarious 
A few plot inaccuracies were still there but most things were tied up well.
Can't wait to see it again

Saw it tonight with my friends, and damn that movie was sweet as hell. Go see it if you havent.

'Star Wars' Breaks Single-Day Sales Mark
Not too shabby, ROTS took in $50 million the first day.
I saw the movie at a midnight showing and I loved it, much better than the first two. The acting and the dialog was better. Hayden espcially was much better than he was in AOTC. The lightsaber duels were excellent as well. I always love seeing Yoda duel.
I can't wait to see it again!

I hope he doesn't whine and throw temper tantrums like he does in Ep. II. On the way to work yesterday early morning I heard on one of the radio shows, probably to nobody's surprise, that the movie got ripped to downloading programs, but that the download, even on high speeds, would take 40 hours to complete because of the retardedly large amount of traffic to download the movie.

The 11:15 showing wasn't packed there wasn't even really a line to get in at 30 minutes prior to the show.
We all cheered as the show came up with the LUCAS FILMS.
I really enjoyed it and will definitely see it again..maybe before the weekend is over.
If you haven't seen it already - run don't walk to the theater - get yourself a ticket and ENJOY!

Best of the new 3 by far. Lucas may have managed to save his image (provided he doesn't try to make 7-9 and doesn't refuse to release unfutzed with editions of Eps 4-6 on DVD).

By the way, for those of you who expect Oscar nominated performances of the Star Wars cast - look at the original movies - 4, 5 and 6...the acting was bad if not WORSE than the new ones.
