Happy Father's Day everyone!!!

I'm having a Father's Day BBQ here.

I'm making:
Grilled Marinated chicken in Tequila, lime, pineapple and mango juices, garlic, cilantro, salt and pepper and a dash of chipotle seasoning

Fresh Mango/Pineapple salsa
Grilled veggies in balsamic and olive oil - Green/Red/Yellow/Orange peppers, Portobello Mushrooms, Red Onion, Zucchini

Pasta Salad
Green Salad

And Frozen Key Lime Torte

I'm having 15 people over - should be loads of fun!!

Good times VIB, lots of good food it seems!

Pretty solid Father's Day down here. Most of us played golf this morning then we went to one of my uncle's house to grill some sweet burgers.

My father's day gift was that my kids let me sleep in until almost 8:30am.

Yeah, there are lots of pictures on my digital camera but my laptop is still in the shop. (Two weeks now!)

Liz is doing fine. She's happy to finally get out of the maternity clothes and is counting down the days until myself, her and Ella can go out for some jogging. (Still about 3 weeks away.)
