Holland should sign Dats, Hank, Williams, and cheli under 8 m. then go and get goalie like Osgood or T-bo and add a scoring forward who could generate 60 -70 points a season

Easier said than done.
In a 2005 study published by the journal Nature, researchers at Durham University in England concluded that, across a range of sports, we found that wearing red is consistently associated with a higher probability of winning. The researchers also suggested that red's effect may subconsciously intimidate opponents in athletic contests, especially when the athletes are equal in skill and strength.

What I heard a few days ago is that the salary is not the issue, it's the contract length, and that Datsyuk wants 2.5 for two years, while Holland wants to get 3 or 4.
Zetterberg shouldn't be paid more than Dats (He's been in the league a shorter time and has not posted the numbers Datsyuk has.), so 2.5 is the most he'd get.

I think Zetterberg will command at least 500K less than Datsyuk. Rightfully so.
