Thanks Michelle, I'm going to try to remember your name.

I wasn't sure about Howard as well when he started last season, but he earned my respect. The fact that he's so cute doesn't hurt I think that Ozzie gets along with just about anyone and I love that he mentored Jimmy and wasn't angry about being pushed out as No. 1. But Oz has always been a humble guy, which is why I love him so much.

You should pick Helm, maybe he's still single and you have a chance with him?

Michelle, that story of Pasha is something else to read. It shows what incredible heart and courage he has. I lost my parents as well, but I was a whole lot older than he was when I did. I cannot even begin to imagine what he must have felt losing his mom at such a young age. Being 16 with a normal life is tough enough, but to lose a parent at that age, it just boggles the mind. He has such incredible courage. It's one of the reasons I love him.

Howard took a while to grow on me too. He certainly has, though. He seems so sweet and shy. Ozzie is sweet and shy and brash at the same time, which sounds like a contradiction, yet he does it.

Helm=yummy. He should be referred to as Helmmmmmmmmmm.

Howie's got a sassy streak, which I just love. Don't mess with him, he won't get mad - he'll get even!! And he has a great laugh. Very contagious.

I miss them all.

There were also some pictures of Lids and Cheli with Kid Rock on the Detroit Red Wings Facebook site, but I think I saw Kristi commenting on the photos, and I can't figure out how to post them on here like she does, so we will have to wait until she uploads them for us. The men look good!!

Mr. Bob shows up in my town on occasion. He and Hank Williams Jr. are big buddies, and Hank lives here in Paris. Hank is a raging *******, but everyone who sees Bob out and about always talks about how nice he is. The only time he ever got ugly was one night down at a little bar close to the lake. He got on stage to karaoke, and some girl kept bugging him to sing Picture. He politely refused, but the drunker she got, the more she whined and begged. It got so bad that she was escorted out. He had already told the folks he would sing anything but that song. Some people just can't take No for an answer. Especially drunk rednecks in Tennessee. LOL!!!

I saw Kid Rock in person about 10 years ago when I worked at Bass Pro Shops at Great Lakes Crossing Mall, he was using the shooting range. He just walked past me, nothing like I really officially met him or anything. About shut the place down so many people wanted to get a peek! I think he needs a shave and haircut, personally, but I do love that he loves the city of Detroit and Michigan. I think it's really cool that he has songs about "Up North" and that he always makes sure everyone knows where he's from. He could have just as easily moved somewhere south where it makes more sense with his style of music, but he just keeps living in right there in Clarkston, hanging out at BullFrog's a couple times a year. He's cool, but doesn't qualify as an honorary Hot Wing in my book!!

Re: Jimmy, I gotta say, he won me over pretty fast. Didn't hurt that I got to meet him last year (probably said this a million times, but what can I say - it was a highlight, for sure!), and he was super nice...just exactly the kind of guy you want to represent the Wings. Love his feisty-ness on the ice, as well as his sense of humor, too. Puckloo - he DOES have a great laugh, doesn't he? Yeah, I think I just might have a teeny weeny crush on him.

SHANNY!!! Man, that was just what the doctor ordered! Especially that last one, hehe. I'd seen it before, but it wasn't as good quality - thanks!

Love Cheli and Nick out there...work those arm muscles, lol! It's nice to see the two of them together again. Kid Rock...whatever. Can't concentrate on him when the other two are there, hehe.

Hello, kids, I'm back after a couple days on Mackinac Island - sunburned a wee bit, but fine otherwise. Bicycling eight miles around the island, walking, a few pictures, and a couple nights sleeping on the boat, and I'm not the worse for wear. But I look red as a lobster in the face!

So I see that Boston got majorly pissed the other night and beat Vancouver bad (when they get ticked, they really get ticked, don't they?), and that Bert is slowly working out to get back - hey Bert, go bike Mackinac Island and then tell me how you feel!
