I'm pretty sure you ladies don't want any of my pictures, they're all of Drew and Jimmy's goalie-butt anyway

But I did have to laugh at Pat's pictures because I am RIGHT there, obviously flirting with Drew in picture 41. How embarrasing. I suppose that was one of the times he had shot the puck at my sign and knocked it down... and I had to put it back up. LOL Last Friday when they were all doing the Salvation Army Charity thing I went to see him (and Filppula, they were at Kroger in Plymouth) and asked why they were all laughing at me (because they were, Miller, Helm, Hudler, Abby) and he said, "Look at me! Do I look "Mighty" to you?" I said, well, yes. And Fil just laughed! So embarrasing. But maybe I made an impression, I don't know!

Good lord, I Leave for a long time and none of you have the decency to tell me about these shirless Nick photos? Obviously I need to check in here way more often!!! I have already told some of you but for those who haven't heard I saw Homer when the Wings were in Denver last week and we shared a moment together. It was pretty hilarious (it's Homer so of course it has to include some of his shenanigans) I'll post the photo & little story later on.

Oh, I almost forgot...I got a note from my friend Jeanie (aka Winged Horse) today. Turns out that Justin Abdelkader's sister Jaime has one of the little mates of Jeanie's puppy Hank! How's that for six degrees of separation???

haha, yeah... sorry. Things have been super hectic lately just with work and other things going on in my personal life. I do try to make an effort to at least stop by occasionally to say "hello" to everyone. Hello to all of those who I haven't met... I'm living the life of an Avs/Tomas Holmstrom fan! lol... it's unusual but fun.

So yes, as I had mentioned before I did see Homer a couple of weeks ago while they were in Denver. I'm pretty sure he recognizes me by now... which I don't mind. I don't do anything to freak him out I usually just end up acting like a bumbling idiot in front of him and I don't end up saying everything that I would like to. So anyways, I caught him walking back to the hotel and I thought he was on a phone call (he had ear buds in his ears) and it turns out that he was on the phone. I asked him if he could stop for a photo and he said "I'll come back down later" and then he went inside the hotel. Then just a few minutes (5 or 10) later here he comes around the corner and he says "sorry I was on the phone... Ok, let's do this" and the voice he said it in was just classic Homer. He's such a goof. I was just so incredibly happy that he actually took the time to come all the way back downstairs just to get a photo with me and that was it. The past few months have been a bit rough for me and his kindness was exactly what I needed to bring a smile to my face... it really felt good. I'm getting ready to head off to bed shortly but I will post of a photo of our little encounter very soon (I promise)

I'm still in the Nashville area, spending the night with my sister. I'm on her computer right now, so I can't post any of the pictures I took last night.
Most of the guys were really nice. I wound up with a soft spot in my heart for Val. He was SO nice. Actually got a genuine smile from him. Nick, Pasha, and Hank were not the friendliest. They stopped and signed for people, but didn't act real thrilled to be doing it.
Jimmy was ok, until I asked him about the baby. Then he lit up like a Christmas tree.
Todd signed for me, and soon realized that I am his own personal stalker. Heh heh heh.....
Ian is a sweetheart. So is Mike Commodore.

All in all, it was a nice trip. Especially when you take into consideration that they were staying one floor above me and I was watching them walk off the elevator from my room. They were looking in at me.
