Wow, those are some good prices!! You are such a love to have looked them up for us.

Confession: I kind of panicked this past weekend and ordered tickets via StubHub, mostly due to plane fares going up and up. I was running out of options to even get to Detroit for less than a small fortune. Plus, one flight had only 3 seats left open. I wanted to make sure I had tickets to both games so I didn't fly to Detroit and end up not being able to get in.

Kristi and Dawn are going in with me for the 3/30/12 and 4/1/12 games, so we have tickets already.

However!!!! I do hope you guys can come too, with your hubbies. We can still make a Hot Wings weekend of it, even if - as you say - we have to split up for the actual games. Doesn't mean we can't hook up after the games and go eat and gossip, etc. Stalking will be mandatory, of course!

HA! cemmer looks like a FROG! He did this pose in front of me today too, it was so funny I couldn't stop laughing... I don't even know if I got a good picture of it!!

Anyway, I HAD to come check in and tell you ladies - OH MAN YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN JENNY tonight!! She died and went to Goalie Girl Heaven. Jimmy literally did his whole warm up mental thing RIGHT in front of her... she was in a daze. It was awesome!!! And what a game, right?! I've never been to a shoot-out, so WOW that was intense! But, as it is 1:15 in the morning and I feel my adrenaline starting to wear off, I do think I should head off to bed. But I had to come in and tell you ladies that Jenny almost died of happiness tonight. LOL!

It's true.

Even better, I had handed the camera off to Casey so he could take the pictures this time (he did a whole bunch of sports photography for his high school yearbook and wanted to see what he could do with hockey shots, but I've always hogged the camera at every game ). So instead of having to think about lining up shots and such I got to just stare at the goalie focus mental warmup. Mmmmm.

I'm such a dork.

I wanted to try to get a video of it last time but it was too late. Might do it at one of the games I'm going to. I love that whole thing as well...it's us goalie girls that have a fascination with all things related to them. Glad you two had a good time and such a great game.
