Naslund19 0 Report post Posted September 16, 2005 Lol at what you said, Relmyn. Anyway, I will just take it for what the topic starter is saying. I don't know about this. Arnason is a good forward, but Vancouver doesn't really need him. Naslund, Bertuzzi, Cooke, Park, H. Sedin, D. Sedin, and Chubarov are just some names they have up front. What they NEED is goaltending! However, they are morons and think Cloutier has what he needs to take Vancouver to the playoffs and take them *deep* into the playoffs. Pass on Arnason. p_diddy_datsyuk_13 2 Report post Posted September 16, 2005 if vancouver wants arnason, they can have him... thats just one more wing killer off the red wings list for one of our 8 meetings with chicago this year
TNBT 3 Report post Posted October 15, 2005 I couldn't see Vancouver going after another forward. They have plenty of depth up front and they don't need any more. With Naslund, Bertuzzi, Morrison, Carter, Cooke, the Sedin Sisters and the rest of their forwards, there isn't really any need to go trading for more. If they are going to make a trade I would expect that it would be for a goalie. Then again, that would be the smart thing to do, and the Canucks re-signed Cloutier, so their management and the word "smart" don't appear to go together... RyanBarnes! 293 Report post Posted October 16, 2005 The Canucks would be wise to pass on Arnason. They already have Carter, no need for another player with a poor attitude.
