I'll admit it...I'm biased for Vig, but tell me he's not good. He's in the top 10 in scoring all-time for the Plymouth Whalers, and is a free agent.

Nathan Robinson led the OHL in scoring, Eric Himelfarb was one of the all-time OHL leaders in scoring....Robin Big Snake was a decent power forward for Owen Sound and Patrick Jarrett (who missed the cut during training camp) was a #1 overall OHL pick and was the captain of Owen Sound.

I know that there has been limited success with those players, but I'd say give him a chance. He's from Dearborn and is a strong passer. He's got some pretty nice moves too, just can't seem to finish.

I'd say go see him at a Whalers' game....it's $10 to see good hockey.

Thoughts?

what is it with these ohl boys and kick-a@# names,.....i'd love to see a redwings jersey with Vigilante written on the back of it. Reminds me of Death wish 2 or something.

Belleville Bulls d-man Geoff Killing.

Or great last names....(i.e.: Big Snake (Robin))

Well, here's a better one: Cory Pecker (was doing well in the ECHL, just promoted to San Antonio of the AHL, btw)

In fact, on the 2000-01 Soo Greyhounds, there was a goal scored and was announced, "Soo goal by Cory Pecker....Assisted by Ryan Held and Trevor Daley....Pecker, from Held and Daley"....Pecker Held Daley....you get the idea. Don't believe me? http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/leagues...0008192001.html
