I've decided on Saturday, December 31st at 2pm, I'm having a Pregame Red Wings BBQ at my place.
So basically here's the deal:
2pm BBQ
4pm Watch the Wings game, then everyone can depart after that to go do whatever New Years Evening plans they have in store. The game will end early enough out here that it shouldn't be a problem for you to get where you need to be in plenty of time.
So far the following have expressed interest or mentioned they will be here

In response to your earlier request:
1- the fair maiden does not care for mushrooms
2 -hot dogs should be kosher (no byproducts such as snout or spleen allowed)
3 -scotch should be single malt - preferrably 18 years or older.
Any other questions???

Oh yeah, few more ??? -
1 - how big is yours? (um, I think I mean TV but you never know...)
2 - will it be a good game?
I'm sure I'll think of other things - see, my latest contract concluded and I have a few weeks off with all this time on my hands.....

I have a 32 inch sony flat screen tv.
a 9 ft by 9ft couch (aka big blue monster)
a bbq
Duly noted on the shrooms
I won't be serving hot dogs.
The game definitely will be a GREAT one considering we'll all be together to watch it and eat and enjoy food and drinks!!!

To recap for all who missed - WE HAD A BLAST! It's a tossup as to MissVlad's greatest asset - her lungs or her cooking! At one point we had to tell her to 'back away from the fryer' cuz we were up to our arse in delicious buffalo (Red) wingz!
FUF and ShockWave made it, as well as an assorted cast from MissVlad's stable of relatives and friends. Good food, good drink, good fans and a fairly decent game to entertain us (tho she slipped in a Kingz ringer who fought me for TV time b/t the Kingz and the Jrs during intermissions!).
All in all, a splendid time was had by all! Thx again sweetie for putting it all together!!!!

I didn't wind up taking pictures while everyone was over but I did take a few of how my place looked with the Red Wing Decorations = so here are some:
