wingnut22 81 Report post Posted February 19, 2008 I dyed my hair red once. It was supposed to wash out in 6-12 washes but it stayed in for six months. I was not happy at all. I have been a bright reddish orange, brown, then I dyed it back to my normal color. Right now I dyed it more red and a lot brighter then what my hair has been lately, its what my hair should be.
