This is a little bit much though, I wouldn't let it grow out this much... i've got the same problem. i'll be 21 in june, and i look like i'm 16-17. no fun. (although, i'll appreciate it later on, i know). just be happy you can use facial hair to add on a few years anyway, i think i'll go against the common opinion and say that i like the unshaven look better...that may have to do with the age perception, though...17 yr olds are out of the question for me...
