They had several excellent scoring chances in the third period and overtime, but Howard, a rookie, stopped them all. "Our leaders said we'd get the job done," Howard said. "We all went out and just did our jobs." Howard made 29 saves for his fourth playoff win in six starts. "Jimmy was a rock," coach Greg Ireland said. Andy Pred 48 337 Report post Posted May 14, 2006 Griffs up by 3 games to 2, winning in Winnipeg 3-2 with Howard putting on a master class in the second half of the game, listened on Wood radio great game and had you on the edge. Huds and Flip played great but overall the team made a fast start and then hung on in there. can see Jimmy H getting a place on the Wings next year if he keeps this up.
