Andy Pred 48 337 Report post Posted May 21, 2006 (edited) Niklas Kronwall was this year's big winner in the awards category Niklas Kronwall of Sweden was named tournament MVP for Riga 2006 by the IIHF. The only other Swede to be so honored was Mats Sundin in 2003. The MVP award was instituted in 1999. Way to go Nik!!
