J-Swift 0 Report post Posted August 8, 2006 Hakan Andersson was gushing over Lofberg, so I'd imagine he'd only have to make a marginal improvement on his dismal season from last year in order to get a contract. I think Ritola, however, will have to be much better. Detroit just doesn't seem to be as high on him, and he doesn't really provide anything that this organization doesn't already have, other than the fact that he's a natural winger (which we have suprisingly few of). betterREDthandead 58 Report post Posted August 19, 2006 Himelfarb is the only one really running out of time. He's 23. The rest, I think, are not yet 20, so they've got a few years to put it together. Himelfarb needs to have a very solid year with Grand Rapids or be stuck with the "career AHLer" label.
