Anyway, I'm sure most on this board will say that Samsonov is a small, soft Euro, and they're right. We're looking to get a gritty winger who can score and Samsonov is definately not that. Think of him as a less productive Datsyuk. Plus I'm not sure how much it would cost us to get him at this point in the season, but his almost 4 million a year contract is way too much for us at this point.
