There is a good chance that the Wings will tank tonight. The Blues know how to beat us, and this game promises to be another war of attrition. The D will REALLY be on the spot, especially with Markov out.

But Lang AND the Eurosensation lines are going strong, so I think we'll have a good game.

Joey really, really, really deserves the win tonight after all those games where he put on a good show (given the situation and the fact that he's played how many starts? 4 or 5?) only to be let down by our lackluster offence and a d that's decided to take the night off.

I'll say 4-2 Wings. (Cleary, Z, Lids, Huddles) and Dats with some assists. Manny gets both goals for the Blues.

If I'm wrong let's hope it's just that Dats gets a hattie and Huddles gets two

They hate anything and everything Wings related. The city, fans, and of course more than anything..the Wings. I use to post at those boards *when Ozzie was a Blue* and let me just say that are the RUDEST most cruel, disgraceful fans...ever. They talk so much crap it's unreal. Why? Jealousy. Apparently they still can't get over that Game 7 OT by Stevie in '96. They also STILL somehow manage to think that there is this huge rivarly between the two teams. What they don't know is it's only in THEIR minds, and that it's been long over. I mean seirously..you wouldn't believe the things they say about the Wings. I'm talking like evil, very classless things.

The consenses of these games is actually *starting* to get a little more interesting. The last game was actually a gritty, down to the wire game. Not to mention Johnson being a dick and nobody doing anything about it. I hope that doesn't happen again tonight.

As far as game predictions, I predict someone on the Blues to do something cheap. I don't know who, but I feel it. My sense's point to Petr "Flying Stick" Cajanek. And again, if something does happen, somebody better stand up to whoever does it. I really can't say who will win, because MacDonald is in net. It could go either way.
