gcom007 1,465 Report post Posted March 11, 2007 Given the relative high-importance of these upcoming games in a lot of ways and the fact that we're now entering that initially proposed timetable for his return, do you think it's a stretch to say that he'd go Tuesday and or Wednesday? If they wanted to do it with a bit more of a splash, Tuesday would be a big game to bring him back and get him ready for the home crowd Wednesday which will undoubtedly be a big game. Forgive me if I've missed something glaring on the matter, but from what I've read, there haven't really been any updates recently. During the broadcast for the Kings game, Ken Daniels and Mickey Redmond said not to expect Bertuzzi or Zetterberg back until after the Vancouver/Calgary trip. That means a March 22nd return at the earliest. However important the games with the Preds are, it's more important to the Wings make sure Bertuzzi is fully healthy before he plays. The way the standings are looking we could play 4 teams right now being the 4th seed or 1st. I live in BC, and I usually have to go to war with all my friends during this matchup. And Vancouver is very hot right now, so I would love our full force on display. And even though I traditionally (yes before the 'incident') did not like Bert, I would love to see him out there beating them up with sum punishing hits.
