The last time, earlier this year with the Ducks, it was reported that you could see where his face was just caved in from where the damage was done. Gruesome. Doctor G 0 Report post Posted March 22, 2007 It is always tragic to see anyone carried off the ice. But Fedoruk should not be out there even playing, let alone fighting. I am sure his doctors told him a broken orbital takes a long time to heal. This guy could do some permanent damage to his face structure. Hopefully he will get the message and sit out for a while. He doesnt know when to fight more defensively and cautiously though against the serious power punchers, its no coincidence that his 3 big injuries have come from Cairns, Boogaard, and now Orr. Being tentative is the worst thing a fighter can do. I can't remember the last time a heavyweight suffered two KOs in a single season like Fridge has. It's been a really bad year for him.
