Newbie loves NY, but likes the Wings. Pokin' round, found this:

"I always look at teams' top six forwards, and the Leafs played a long time without two of their top-six, Kyle Wellwood and Darcy Tucker. When you lose guys in your top-six, you pay for it. I mean the Red Wings lost Henrik Zetterberg, who's a huge player, and it's pulled them right down. "

This isn't something that Bowman does consistently though, is it?
It's amazing how much clarity comes when you care more about the Red Wings than any individual player.

"They are the best team in the world. They are a team that can just take over when they want to," Chicago's Patrick Kane said (of the Detroit Red Wings).
