According Khan's blog, it looks like Tuesday is more realistic.

Little snippet at the bottom of a DetNews article about Lebda being out tonight, Says Zetterberg still doesn't know if he'll be back for the start of the playoffs.

I just saw that. Makes me a bit nervous. But I have faith that zetterberg will be back before the playoffs.

rather have him good to go for the play-offs than trying to help us catch first/Presidents.

id rather the see the Wings in tact rather than having the President's again and bouncing 1st round because of a pre-mature return from Z

As long as he's healthy. No need to rush anything.

Now he's talking "hopefully" the last two or last game of the season.

Last night interview did not seem to promising. I am hoping he is alright, but I fear when he comes back he will still be playing through pain... That will hurt us in the long run.

Just one chance is all i ever wanted...just one time i'd like to win the game...from now on i'll take the chance if i can have it...just one just one

The dichotomy between what the Red Wings say and what Zetterberg says is reaching ridiculous proportions. I'll believe he's able to play when I see him on the ice. The coaching staff says he's gonna suit up any day, then you see an interview with him and wonder if he's ever expecting to play hockey again. It's just silly. Either the Wings are too optimistic, Zetterberg is too pessimistic, or both.

It seems like every single day someone says Z is ready to be back, then the next day there's a relapse, and back and forth. It's getting really annoying.

Agreed. There seems to be zero consensus on his return. Maybe it's a ploy to confuse potential playoff competition? I sure hope so b/c Z needs to get back and kick butt...asap.

Excellent! I'm going to that game...

Too bad about Kroner though... I suspect he won't be there Sunday.
