betterREDthandead 58 Report post Posted April 6, 2007 Why not? All we need to do is lose one game at home, and we can expect to lose in Western Canada. I said Detroit in 7, but how about Calgary in 6? Man, you're really on about the Wings losing in Western Canada. Calgary can do no wrong, apparently, but the Wings go out past Ontario and start crying for mommy. Give it a rest already.

HockeytownRN 0 Report post Posted April 6, 2007 (edited) I went to the practice today and Bert was out there. I was worried when he left the game last night. Kronwall skated for a while today also, which surprised me after hearing him during the game last night say he couldn't weight bear on his right leg. HockeytownRN 0 Report post Posted April 6, 2007 (edited) Bert looked fine to me. He stayed the whole practice. I asked several people around me if that was actually Kronwall out there (no numbers on practice jerseys and I couldn't read the helmet numbers from where I sat). They all said yes, and he is the only D-man who would only go out there and skate for a bit and be done I would think. LivoniaGrinder 37 Report post Posted April 8, 2007 I don't see the point in picking who we want to face. Who we play is who we play. If the Wings want to make a long run and go to the Cup they are going to have to face tough teams regardless. Have some faith, people, and for the love of God stop with this fear of Western Canada. SCREW them! <300 voice> THIS - IS - HOCKEYTOWN!!!!! </300 voice>
HockeyCrazy3033 168 Report post Posted April 8, 2007 (edited) Bert must be cleared because of his slight concussion before playing.
