... Detroit has every reason to lose tonight:

1) They've lost every other game in Calgary

2) They never play well out West

3) They're playing after NO rest

4) They're missing players

That said, if they win tonight, I will go nuts.

LET'S GO RED WINGS!!!!

... Detroit has every reason to lose win tonight:

1)Our special teams are back on track

2) They always play well after teams try to goon them up

3) The opposition has had no rest

4) We have Quincy's "I got something to prove" playoff attitude.

5) Zetterberg is finally on the scoresheet

That said, if they win lose tonight, I will go nuts be pissed.

LET'S GO RED WINGS!!!!

Hahaha I definitely like the new version!

Seriously though..with everything that happened yesterday I have a great feeling about the Wings.

In fact, I think the Flames are going to come out taking EVEN more penalties and sadly gooning it up more. They are pissed, and they have no composure. That is not a good mix.

Why must you always list the reasons why we will lose?

We will win tonight because everyone will ban together (for once) and root for Robert Lang.

And as we all know Rooting for Bobby Lang = Guaranteed Win!!

Things got ugly for the Flames when, with five minutes left in a game that had long since been decided in Detroit's favor, center Robert Lang threw down his gloves, yelled, "LANG SMASH," and proceeded to tear apart Iginla, Kiprusoff, and Don Cherry. At the same time. While smoking. (NHL.com, from the future)

 Be Serious?

How bout, Be Positive!

Zata is on fire and the Flames are in a losing mindset. Detroit MUST score the first goal though to discourage the Flames.

scoring the 1st goal is the key to victory

Point three is interesting. I didn't realize the Flames are going to be rested coming into this game.

Anyway, the Wings have the momentum. They owned Calgary yesterday and the special teams were excellent. Remember, Calgary only has two even strength goals in this series. If the special teams play like they did yesterday, the Wings will be in good shape. Bertuzzi and Zetterberg are finding their games. I like our chances tonight (knock on wood).

That's what I don't get. How come the Wings are not rested, but Calgary is? Is it because the Flames are home? Come on now, Zion...

See there! I love NHL.com from the future!

I saw Iginla and Kipper coming, but I didn't see Cherry :D
