redandwhiteforever 0 Report post Posted April 29, 2007 Buffalo right now is making insane money for the nhl, 6 out of the top 10 jerseys being sold are all Buffalo players. Also, all the other gear such as hats,shirts etc..Buffalo is dominating the market by a large margin, of course do because they got new jerseys but it's insane. Also, they have the highest % of households watching, I believe Detroit leads for the raw amount of households. Also, I would not call them a small market, sure Buffalo has a small population but if you include all of erie county - it's pretty big, and rochester etc, all many sabres fans. In the west, Anaheim or SJ winning would probably be the best for them imo. It would increase the amount of people interested in hockey if they won a cup, I would assume.
