I suspect that the Wings will actually be the ones running around and weathering storms etc. in the early going. We can argue rest vs. rust all day long, but in the end they've still had a lot of time to get their jump back. BiggerFasterYounger decides nothing, but I think it'll get us running around early like we were often against San Jose. We'll tighten it down and hopefully start to control the play later on. Zenithian 0 Report post Posted May 11, 2007 (edited) At last, the Western Conference Finals begin! I strongly believe the 1st period will play out as two opponents feeling each other out. It would be beneficial for the Wings to pounce on the Ducks early, and stake an early lead. If the Wings can meet and improve upon their performance from Games 5 and 6 in the previous series, that will go a long way in helping them win Game 1. I was sick of reading the "their too big, young and fast" or the "why aren't the wings gettin any respect" threads around here. Finally we get to see what truly is gonna happen and of course i have to miss. Im debating on whether to listen to it on the radio or wait till i get home and get the full experience from my DVR. I dont know if i'll be able to control myself at work. Oh well, we shall see. Lets play just like we did in the last two games of the sharks series and shut these quacker fans up!
